Q. How do I find my ring size?
A. The easiest way is to take one of your own rings to your local jewellers and ask them to give you a size, or you can refer to our ring size comparisons table here.
Q. The ring / bangle I want isn't available in my size. Can I have one specially made?
A. We produce our jewellery in a variety of sizes but if you need a bespoke size, we can create one at no additional cost.

Q. I am buying a gift, will the jewellery come in a gift box?
A. All our jewellery comes packaged in a beautiful Muse branded box, ready to be given as a gift.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. Please contact us on 07711851712 as soon as possible as we pack all our orders shortly after they are made. You can also email us at email@example.com with a subject line "Order Cancellation", and email us all of your details, including the order number for us to cancel your order.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
All deliveries are sent Royal Mail first class. All orders can be tracked on line and need to be signed for at time of delivery.
Q. Do you charge for shipping?
A. Yes! We charge for shipping, but it's free if you spend £75 or over.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We can ship to any location in the world. All international deliveries incur a further charge, and delivery may take longer.
Q. How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?
A. We aim to dispatch orders received within 2 - 3 days on normal items and 5 working days for personalised items, though this may be longer at certain times of year when demand is high. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from despatch.
Q. Can I track my parcel?
A. Yes! After ordering online, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number.
Q. I made a mistake! How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
A. Please contact us on 07711851712 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and delivery details.
Q. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please refer to our Terms & Condition page for further information.
Q. Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
A. Yes! We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our jewellery. Our quality control team work hard to ensure all of our jewellery is free from any defects, however, on the rare occasions something does go wrong please contact us by email us at email@example.com
If it's deemed that the damage to the jewellery is through wear and tear then unfortunately we can not refund or replace the item. However, we do offer a repairs service.
The beauty of Silver is that it will last forever so you will be enjoying it for many years to come. Please be aware that some of our products are handmade and as a result of this there may be slight variances which add to the beauty of the silver and are not faults.
Clasps and earring hooks and posts are also particularly delicate and we cannot accept returns caused from mistreatment or neglect.
Q. Is the jewellery hand-made?
A. All of our pieces are hand made in our UK studio by our team of dedicated designers.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer financing solutions such as Klarna and Clearpay if you are wanting to spread the cost or pay at a later date.
